You sign into the Commerce Sync Dashboard from your Point of Sale (POS) or Payment Solution.
Click on your POS above (or link below) and sign in with your POS email and password.
Once you are logged into your POS account, follow these steps to access the Commerce Sync dashboard:
- Clover - Watch this short video for specific steps! Click on QuickBooks by Commerce Sync from your Clover menu or home screen.
- Square - Click on the Apps tab, then on the Commerce Sync app card click Visit.
- Authorize.Net - Click on Tools and then Accounting Services, then click the Commerce Sync icon.
- Stripe - You will log into your Stripe account to access the Commerce Sync Dashboard.
The Commerce Sync Dashboard is where you can update your settings and check for transfer errors.
