When your customer information is present on the order or purchase in your point of sale or payment solution, Commerce Sync is able to transfer that customer detail into an accounting solution.
Commerce Sync will attempt to make a match with the email address of your customers that already in QuickBooks or Xero. If there is no match, Commerce Sync will create a new customer for you in QuickBooks or Xero.
