By default, no. Commerce Sync only transfers new sales after you connect your point of sale to QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, or Xero.
When do my sales start syncing?
After you connect your accounts:
- Your first transfer will occur the following day.
- After that, Commerce Sync automatically transfers your sales once per day.
Why aren't my previous sales transferred?
Commerce Sync does not transfer historical sales automatically because it cannot determine whether those sales have already been entered into your accounting software. This helps prevent duplicate transactions in QuickBooks or Xero.
