Yes! Commerce Sync supports your Sales Tax information (even multiple Tax Rates and combined Group Rates).
After enabling Transfer Sales Tax, Commerce Sync automatically transfers the sales tax information to the configured account, and includes a line on each Invoice for the sales tax total.
The sales tax set up process does not change if your sales have a Group Rate composed of multiple jurisdictions (e.g., County, City, and State). Commerce Sync treats a Tax Rate Group the same as an individual Tax Rate.
If you attempt to sync sales with a Tax Rate that is not also set up in your accounting solution, a Transfer Error will occur on the next attempt. But rest assured, this information is not lost – see Transfer Errors to learn more about fixing these records in as little as one click.
