Authorize.Net API is currently having some issues.

Are you seeing "Our apologies, but the API is currently having some issues. Please try again later" during your connection with Commerce Sync?

It may be because your account has the Advanced Fraud Protection enabled in your account.

To fully connect Commerce Sync, we need you to follow the below steps to "whitelist" the following Commerce Sync IP addresses and try to activate again:

  1. Log into your Authorize.Net account
  2. Click on the Fraud Detection Suite under Tools
  3. Add the above IP Address to the API IP Address Listegefe.jpg
  4. Return to the installation and try again - Installation Guides
