Commerce Sync automates the transfer of Authorize.net sales information to your QuickBooks (Online and Desktop) account every day.
Your daily sales total will appear as either a single daily invoice (batch summary), or as individual invoices (with or without customer detail).
Here is how the batch summary will look in QuickBooks (no customer information present on the batch summary invoice):

If the customer detail setting is selected, the invoices/sales receipts will transfer over individually per order, using the customer information from Authorize.net, to map to customers in QuickBooks.
The mapping will use the email address first and foremost, then use the First/Last name (if no email is present for the customer in Authorize.net).
If you are currently receiving the batch summary invoice and would like individual invoices/sales receipts per order, please submit a request with our support team, and note whether you would like the customer information included or not.
