When your customer information is present on the order or purchase in your point of sale or payment solution, Commerce Sync is able to transfer that customer detail into accounting solution.
Commerce Sync will attempt to make a match with the email address of your customers that already in QuickBooks or Xero. If there is no match, Commerce Sync will create a new customer for you.
For Clover and Square merchants, please click the Submit a Request link to be a part of our beta test group. We will work with your to get this feature turned on in your account.
Stripe and Authorize.net merchants will see this option during installation. If you did not turn the feature on during installation, please reach out to support to get this feature turned on in your account.
