We want you to know that your sales activity will transfer the following day after connecting your point of sale to your QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, or Xero account. Transfers will then happen automatically every day going forward.
The app does not send past data over by default when connected, since it doesn't have a way to know if somebody has manually entered data and we don't want to create duplicate data in QuickBooks or Xero.
If you need previous or historical sales activity, we will be glad to transfer that for you, just click the box below. Prior to us processing them you'll need to have the Commerce Sync app installed and connected to your QuickBooks or Xero account.
