Refund Policy

Commerce Sync provides a 15-day or 30-day free trial based on your point of sale system, so you can experience the timesaving benefits of our app. If you uninstall the Commerce Sync app during your trial period, you will not be charged. If you uninstall the Commerce Sync app after the trial period, you will be charged a pro-rated fee from the time of uninstalling.

Subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if a request is made within 10 days of the payment date. Please email to request a refund.

Refunds are not given if the request is made more than 10 days after the payment was made.
