Transferring inventory, item, and product information is not supported by Commerce Sync at this time.
Commerce Sync is designed to save you time by not having to manually enter in your general sales and tax information by:
- Automatically transferring your taxable and non-taxable sales, sales tax, tips, gift cards, and discounts along with payments for tenders collected that day into QuickBooks or Xero (some of these features are dependent on your point of sale system).
- Transferring your sales information for the previous day every morning. This transfer occurs early in the morning, again for the previous day of sales.
Depending on your point of sale system, there may be apps that transfer just the inventory for you that can be used in conjunction with Commerce Sync since they do not transfer sales data.
