My sales have not transferred. What do I do?

Once Commerce Sync is installed and activated, your sales information will transfer each day, for the previous day of sales. This transfer will occur after midnight.

There are a few situations that can cause sales to not transfer into your accounting solution.

  • First things first, open up your Commerce Sync Dashboard, click on the FIX button under Transfer Errors and then hit the Save and Retry button. Occasionally, if QuickBooks or Xero is experiencing an outage this will cause your transfers to fail. Simply hitting the Save and Retry button will fix small issues like these.
  • It is possible that an error needs to be addressed. Refer to the article on the Common Reasons for Errors for more help.
