Commerce Sync wants you to feel safe using our app.  It's important to know that internet scams are rampant. 

  • Commerce Sync will never call you to update billing. We do not take billing information over the phone. Please only update your billing information using the secure portal.  If you need to update billing please click here for more information. 
  • Our app is subscription based with no fault for cancelling.  Once you cancel service, you will no longer be billed.  Please be aware we will never ask for money or send you bills after cancellation.
  • Commerce Sync does not sell any physical products.
